snap3d problem that does not fit perfectly in the top

Hello everyone,
I have in the pc autocad 13 that I use especially in modeling 3d. It's a bit of time that when I move or cover a solid, I don't fit perfectly in the top. all 3d snap options are active. Has anyone ever happened? Thank you
