Hi.
what type of rubber (or other material like eps or other ... tell me you) is usually used in overprinting to give a perception of "soft touch" on a portion of surface of a particular abs (or possibly other type of material)?
Thank you.

on abs I used tpe with excellent results you can also have it for food contact, medical use, biodegradable etc.

thanks for the advice,
actually to create support I could use a cheaper material, do you think an eps is compatible with the tpe?

the epis is a foam, maybe a pst or better still a pp everything depends on what you have to do and what features you need for example with a pp+pbt you get discrete rigidities with a good soft touch effect and you could avoid overprinting,. difficult to recommend without knowing what product is spoken, at what temperatures work etc.

working temperatures are environmental temperatures (however we do climate tests of storage at -30°c x 24h and +50°c 80% rh x 24h
it is not called mechanical parts
are parts of a device that at most are handled with the fingers of the hand as keys or knobs etc etc.

Excuse me, I was sent unintentionally and I didn't do it in time to change it. . .
I wanted to thank technomodel for the link
and also meteor02 for his intervention to which I wanted to specify the use. . .

-30 +50 you can evaluate a single printed in pp+tpu or even a sebs 50 sh/d (suppliers provide platelets to test ). or a support in pp cop or in pa 6 and a overprint in tpe or much depends on the feeling you want to get to the touch. Ask for advice to those who will print your quotations often depend on the volume of raw material ordered, use a material that has already available in quantity helps to reduce costs.
