I would like to know if there is any software that gives a configuration like the one attached allows me to study what happens when changing the linear tolerance of the diameter of the pins, the diameter of the holes and the intersection of the holes themselves.

I would say that first you should buy a good drawing book and the regulations that can serve you. There is no software that replaces the man because to do so you must know very well how the program works....so first study the theory and you will see that you do infectious.
Solidworks has everything to do the analysis too....ptc I have no idea since I don't like it at all and I don't use it apart from drafting me10 because of things.
I refer to analysis of interference and play among the various components. I guess, but I'm not sure, what software of the cetol type 6 sigma allow to attribute probability distributions associated with ciscun range of tolerance of linear measurements and then provide reports about probability of interference. I would like to know if there are freeware tools that for problems of tolerances assigned in x and y size allow to have similar results without building myself the relative excel sheets.
