solid creation from bone mesh

Hi.
I'd need some advice.
I have a bone mesh available and I have to create a solid from it.
This bone along I consider it formed by three parts, two heads and a central stem.
as I want to make the heads with a high detail, I decided to acquire the stem with a loft and the heads manually.
I then made three copies of the mesh, cut the part that interested me, processed and made solid.

How can I reunite these three bone parts to reform the whole bone?
I find myself practically two bony heads and a stem and I don't know how to combine them with precision. Is there an alternative to the axieme?
Maybe some mesh stuff I don't know.

Thank you.

I solved it both in acis and in parasolid.
there is the central stem and the upper head performed both with loft(then continuous with the manual realization that is long), the important is to understand the passage; as you see you notice the cutting at the top level.
Thank you very much:finger:

thank you, the separation line should also disappear; but having to do it again, can you give me an input of how to proceed on sw, or use other programs?
