solid problems revolution angle 360°

I have a problem with the solids of revolution.

I create my profile with the rotation axis and everything well but when I go to give the command does not make me the 360° revolution.
I can make it 359.9999 but not 360°

How come?

Unfortunately, I can't charge it. is a private project.
However if it can help if I do it as a surface instead of as solid 360° rotation makes me do it but then, while being a closed ring, it does not make me "solidify" and it gives me error.
