solidworks 2017 - tablet properties and update old archive drawing

hello to all;
I have recovered old boards (drawing document) with other brand and with other formatting quotas, annotations etc.
I have to update these drawings with the new format and brand;
I tried by opening the files manually (they are about 250) and replacing the format from the properties with the new one.
the cartiglio is updated, but the formatting of quotas, annotations etc. remains the old one;
do you know what procedure I can use to update these tables?
