depends on your needs. . .
the easiest way is to create the folder, insert the notes and tie these to the custom file properties (click on the note, in the menu with the settings on the left there is the link button to the custom varieties, choose one); Obviously you must have prepared your design model with the appropriate custom prioprieties. to create custom properties, the fastest route is to go to files, properties, customized and create what you think to bring back to cartiglio.
it is also possible to bind the annotations to the properties of the parts/axis that are inserted in the drawing sheet. But it's a procedure I've never used inside the cartilage.
