Hello everyone, I'm new and as written in the presentation message I'm preparing my thesis but I'm stuck on one thing. one of my works is to draw from scratch the exterior of the reggiane re8000 hydroplane on solidworks that I first opened for this reason.
I was advised, being only an "external" to carry out the work in one part, creating the various pieces using lofts that followed the sections of the various pieces. I put you here under an image of my finished piece; I remember, it's a single part, not a set.

Now what I should do is color it and make it "nice". While I've been able to arrange for myself, I'm just stuck and no one seems to be able to help me. I remember that all the surfaces of the hydroplane are "lofts".
the final result should be similar to this:

This obviously is a very good model, I would also need something simpler, even without writing. . .

Is there a function in solidworks that can help me and that can give me good results?

thanks to all

attach images with the appropriate option "manage attachments" of messages, if not it is uncomfortable and laborious to read posts.

with the right button I go on aspects ok. here however it gives me the possibility to choose a color or a plot. As for the plot I see only the chess, is there a possibility to insert one or insert a drawing? Thank you.

1) sign the version of solidworks used
2) from the do drag&drop bread task of the desired appearance and introduces you to a popup on where to apply the appearance (face, function, body, part)
3) plots and images always with drag&drop

if you have not yet managed to attach the part and make the idea of what colors you would like to apply.

ps. swx2011

I thank you all, I put in the data the version of solidworks that I use that is 2010.
I should have figured out how to arrange in the situation described. But now there's a problem I never thought about, the windows... I only need a "tagio" on the fuselage loft but the surface is curved and I have no idea how to move on.. Any ideas?
