feel try resetting swx settings from regedit

see image I recommend not to wrong
enter the regedit
hkey_current_userfine scorri softwareExpand software and select the solidworks folder for dx key security and export the key and save it to your desktop or wherever you want.
deletes the solidworks folder with canc.

close everything and run solidworks and reset the swx settings.
