solidworks file display with layer selection

I wanted to ask you if you know a program that allows you to view slddrw files and that allows you to activate or disable the layers that make up the drawing.
I tried edrawings and solidworks viewer and I don't think these two allow to select the layers to display.

but, with edrawings the layers are visible and selectable. . at least
