hello to all fellow designers,
I have a question to ask: in inventor is it possible somehow to change the 2d sketch of a 3d part designed in solidworks?
by spraying in the springs it does not give me access to the sketch but only to the processing (extrusion, revolution etc...) .
I hope I have been clear in my question and thank you for any answers.
Good day

Maybe!
(but also vice versa and also among all other cads, not to mention different versions of the same cad if not to grow release )

there is an app called feature recognition. I used it a little and from what rich man doesn't always work. For example, it does not recognize sheet metal processing. But maybe it's worth trying.

works with simple parts. If they are even a little complicated, find what they find and others are solid bodies. for me you do anyway first to remodel, at least you do it according to your style and know how to change it eventually in the future

the link is offline but thank you for the answer.
OK then I will download sw on the pc so that I can have access to the sketches.
thanks to the answers to all:)

I always snobbed " feature recognition ", I have to say that I'm using it now for a job where I collect sw files and it's beautiful to me in a positive way.
is not as intelligent as me (:devilish: ), but it approaches very much.
