I have a rectangular sheet with an open external bending edge on the two long sides and can't make a radius of 2 mm to the edges of this sheet.I tried to do it with extruded cut but nothing like I can do?

I should reach an open edge in this simple rectangular sheet the edges stand on the long sides of the rectangle the rays I should make them on all 4 edges of the rattangle.unfortunately the photo I can not put it
