Hello, everyone.
according to you given a particular mechanic to work on a horizontal working center by removal of truciole. Could solidworks simulation be useful for the following issues?
calculate the clamping force of the bracket necessary to keep the piece steady. Whereas:
a. face 1 is machined with a ø50 brace at 4 inserts with depth of 3mm vt=350m/min; az=0.2mm/d
b. the holes 1 and 2 are barenati di sgrosso ø70 and then finished ø72h7
c. the maximum deformation on holes 1 and 2 does not exceed 0.04mm and the concentric error between the two does not exceed 0.02mm.
is there someone who uses it for the design of locking equipment?
thanks in advance for any intervention.
