doesn't look like a winding craft, but from extruded cut, if you want it engraved, or from extrusion with merge result if you want it in relief.

The problem solved it in two ways.
the first applying the division line command, then once the sketch was done on the plane, the division line command was activated, going to select the curved face where to apply the sketch.
The second method was what I needed.
the program gave me the error "unsuccessful winding: the center of the sketch must be projected on the selection" because, from what I understood, there was no anchoring point.
so first filled my solid and then applied the wind command by making the face selection.
