I started a new collaboration with a company that has another 3d program.
I showed them some spaceclaim demos on youtube and they would need special functions to create inks on the laser cut tube.
I’m looking for bee programmers for spaceclaim to understand if they could create special functions, so that this company can invest in the correct software.
I think that these particular functions can be done (macro suitable for pipe cut inks) even with other cads, but I proposed them spaceclaim because it seems (I'm not sure) the quickest to disassemble models coming from other companies, perhaps the new solid edge st7 is better than spaceclaim?

probably st7 is very similar, better or worse I can't tell you.

If you can post me something, an image that makes me understand what kind of inks you need ( aren't you talking about nesting to get parts from a real tube?) and if the tubes are round or various rectangular shapes or other. Maybe I can give you some advice.

Some sources told me to contact the official spaceclaim retailer who are good (expace italia) but I would like to understand if there are non-commercially implicated people using spaceclaim.probably st7 is very similar, better or worse I can't tell you.

commercially implicated people don't leave you anymore and keep calling, sending you emails etc. I want to avoid this torture. also often have costs disproportionate, for example I found a very kind person on this forum who built a program in lisp for autocad at an honest price, a tenth compared to the prices of the commercial channels in my area.
known that people who use spaceclaim in Italy can count on fingers of a hand.
to theabroad I have seen that it is much more widespread in young countries where the 3d market is developing now.
