the contact with the cad does not feel it, it would feel motion with the appropriate option inserted. basically you can get to the solution with a little approximation.

sol.1:

design the path on the half-way of the sketch, convert the sketch into a single object with the optimized spline command and then make a couple path between the newly created sketch and a point on the pin.

sol.2:

create the sketch of the containment perimeter, convert it to a single entity with the spline optimized and extrude a surface. below the tangency between this surface and the pin.

In the first case the pin remains in the center, in the second in the outskirts, in fact canceling the assembly games, I do not know if this approximation can be accepted.
