special washing/setting line

Good morning to all, I don't know if it's the right seziona!!! !
I would need a consult on the cost of a degreasing and washing line before painting.
a customer asked me for an indicative cost of a line that makes degreasing and washing. the line is about 10 m long with a conveyor belt, which brings the pieces.
Now I have no idea how much a plant like this could cost, maybe someone has any idea based on your experience?
I need an indicative computation, because then there are many factors that influence it.

It's hard to say. depends on how big the pieces are, how wide the line is. depends on how many sections of washing, degreasing, rinsing, drying, etc..etc. depends on the material of which it is composed; usually stainless, so the costs are high. and then also stainless steel pumps, with all pipes and valves various.

Damn right!!! I forgot to enter the specifications.
long line about 10mt
degrease section, washing section, cleaning section.
are lids for oil stems with diameter 50cm.

Of course in stainless steel, since what they have now is all of broken iron! ! !
I just need a cost order to get an idea of what amount you talk about!!! It is not our field in the company where I work, but the customer asked us this too. they imagine replacing damaged covers just!! !

I designed this type of degreasing lines at least 15 years ago! So I don't know what to say about costs. and they were much bigger: 20mt long, for 1500mm wide (coil degreasing lines). I don't know, I could tell you by randomly shooting that we're over 50k. then you have to add automation. and then depends on the instrumentation of control: levels, flowmeters, ph control, conductivity control, temperature, dosing pumps. Should the water be heated? with what: resistors, burners? or is a steam line available, or where is the hot water installed? everything to check
