speed up puts in the table big assemblies

sw2017: I have many difficulties in the table of complex assemblies and I would like to understand if I am applying all the options to lighten everything:
- light weight / large assemblies;
- all blocked references
- frozen parts;
- minimum image quality and edges

- the axieme has a part with guide sketches that modify some functions (eg length and position main profiles of the frames)
- pc.
- cpu: i7 8700 4.2 ghz
- gpu: nvidia framework p2000
- ram 16 gb
- disco ssd samsung pm871b

I hope you know how to help me, I'm making a table mass not very heavy (about 80 components with perfectly geometric shapes and only perforated... 5 mediumly complex sheeting) which is becoming prohibitive, the pc is also blocked for 2/3 minutes

1 do the performance analysis of individual parts to see reconstruction times
2 do the performance analysis of the assist
3 in the right button design on the design name (top in the feature manager) and uncheck it to automatic view update
4 Put the view without hidden lines that you will react only when necessary and at the end (in extreme cases put the views in shady mode, little practical to quote, but makes the design more fluid)
5 no selection through transparency and no selection of hidden lines
