I have a small modeling problem (wf4)
Let's say I have a piece like that attached.. I should basically "spray" the colored surface in blue so that you create a conca
(I identified the blue surface for clarity), but the perimeter of the blue surface must remain where it is, without moving.. and sopprattutto I need a "controllerable" way and therefore I can't use the scolpisci because I have to apply this modification on different pieces keeping the depth of the conca constant (3-4mm). .
I tried a lot of roads, but no one seems to go where I'd like to go. .
Do you have any suggestions?
Thank you very much:

I think a command is not there. among other things, you want to deform a trimmed, operation that almost no cad does maintaining the boundary conditions.
you can try with radius or section domes. or in style, do an edict of the surface by adding all the knots you need and modify by pulling them to handle.. .

good luck

What kind of conca you want?
"conca"va or convex?
How deep?
with perpendicular attack on the side edge?

do a hand sketch or give us some extra indication, so it's hard for me to find out what you need.

ah ah ah, I'm sorry, but I thought that "conca" was synonymous with a concave belly:biggrin:

However it would be a dig, therefore a belly concave, of about 2-3 mm..
both in style and with the command you sculpt the primer is influenced by it. .
I basically care that the concave passes through the perimeter of that surface remaining at the same height as it is now, without being deformed. .
I would like to try the spin command but I do not understand how to use it, the other alternative I wanted to try today is a boolean subtraction of a solid apart prepared ad hoc, but it really seems to me a very long way considering that I have to apply it to 6 pieces all different from each other (that example is not one of them obviously :p)

p.s., max you could point out to those who have to have the hole clock 2 hours back :p
