the material should be 22mnv thickness 3.2.
I thought I'd make it with three molds:

Whereas development should be 105
then with the!° mold I will run the 2 heads with linear asola shape maintaining the central part unchanged cylindrical.

with the 2nd manterro the heads with the same shape of the 1st pass and disassembled the cylindrical central part leading to coincide with the half-way of the form crushed to central v.

the 3rd mold will realize the finite shape by providing 2 souls that will fit into the sideheads.

Clearly the last operation will be the laser trim of the warheads.

I don't know the 22mnv but doesn't it look like a steel suitable for plastic deformations or do I say an heresy?
