the same thing happened to me when I replaced the ws, I was never able to make the standard parts work.
the error that gives me when I try to open it is "this version of the cad system is not supported. please contact your administrator", is it the same for you too?
There is a document (see Annex) that provides guidance to solve the problem, but with me it did not work.
If you can fix it, let me know how, you never know, maybe the solution that's okay with you is okay with me.

to use solid edge st2 standard parts, solid edge st and earlier standard parts databases are not compatible and must replaced.

I had to rebuild the db. what in itself not particularly complicated nor long but...serious.

No no I eventually converted.
the db works, I can draw hexagons without macro and... there is a beautiful green key useless to close the sketches.. .
