Sorry, I need help. when I click new-standard.ipt-crea I immediately introduce the xy plan with the viewcube positioned front, and not in position that allows me to choose the plan to create the sketch.
Does anyone know how to set up with the three floors to select?

options > sketch
do not fleg neither under "looks the sketch plane during the creation and modification of the sketch".
if you don't have to try to restart inventor that hurts never...
However the correct answer to your question was sleepers'

No, it's not working. always introduces me to the "top".
I agree that the correct answer was that of sleepers, only that it does not flee.

the strange thing, is that if I enter into templates and start .ipt, I come up with the three floors to choose where to do the sketch. then I step up again by inventor, and always introduces me by default the top floor.

wait for the question to be on the view cube and not on the sketch plans. . .
so: the options are fine. if you click on new sketch definitely makes you choose the plan.
then: open the standard.ipt and turn it into the location you want, then click on the view cube case with the right and select: current view set as start > fits the view. then save the file.
so it should work (first make a backup of the standard.ipt).

Nothing, despite everything when I open new, immediately introduces me to the front floor. I fit for this. I don't know what to do anymore. Thanks the same guys.
