Good morning.
I would like to know how to insert the m14 bolts into the structural connections (they stay from the list)...and I would need a suggestion on how to put on the table the details of the structural connections without having to do n sections (I have seen that the axioms do not work). .
Thank you very much

  • If not there is a structural connection, you can do it as a new family, with that category.
  • you can make on the model a reference (callout) to a view (drafting view) where you show the connection with all the information.

thanks for the answer,
Does it follow that the application steel connections can be integrated or implemented only by autodesk?

I think it was integrated in the 2018 version of revit. What version do you have?

I have installed the latest version 2018...unfortunately in the bolts I see only present m6-8-10-12-16-20-24... and not the intermediate values type m14-18-22. .

have you tried to duplicate a guy and change the features to create another type?

I take some consideration on steel connections 18.1.0.31 by listing, with the hope of being denied, only the negatives found:
- on the ground connections of the pillars (for example on the plate) there are many brands of bolts (hilti, wurth, fischer...) but I have not been able to realize a thread bar fi 14 long n diameters;
- the families work with all the parameters instance and not of the type (if one has 100 equal connections and must change only one parameter takes a lot of time by changing connection);
- families cannot be saved with reset parameters;
- axioms cannot be created (useful from my point of view for the table of details);
- are not visible in perspective views.
