steel x spring operating in hydraulic oil

I am choosing the type of steel for a spring that works immersed in hydraulic oil (acer 32 or similar).
d_filo = 0.6 or 0.8
d_est = 9.5 / 10
l0 = 28/30
l = 11/12
What do you recommend (performance/cost)?
