step in read alone

I just finished a set and I have to share the file with my client, sending it all in step file.

is it possible to export the file so that it is not modified?

the same procedure to put it in read-only.

- as you can activate the read only, in the same way it can be disabled.
-the template tree is not imported into the step file, so any changes will have to be made with new features.

I don't think you can and I think you go against the nature of the step (maybe wrong). in any case the file that you carry out in step is different from the native, does not have the tree with the functions, and any changes that could be made, would only be "direct changes". the possible tampering would therefore be evident, whether it is then exported again in step (in which case it would be a file other than the original you sent), whether it is transmitted with a pack'n'go (in which case you would see the changes in the tree).

completely agree on everything except that you can't do.

does not make sense to do so, but to do so just export the file normally, then right click on the file, property, and activate the flag "reading sun"

I have drawn a file together and I need the client or anyone for him not to eliminate my constraints, so that he can see within my set.

Until now I have confined myself to redesigning all the asses in one part but I would like to avoid this breakup.

Couldn't you hide the inside of your set and export so an empty shell that only gives the encumbrances, with the only necessary components?

I solved by making a simplified contour and removing the work that I was interested in.
