customizable line styles were introduced by the 2013 version.
I read in signature that you use the 2009 version, where you can change only the dash (length, alternation lines, lina-point, etc.). However, if you use the landmark or designer version, there is a command that allows you to simulate the vegetation (plant line) on the perimeter of a polygon, making it precisely jagged.
