Hi.

I'm going to work abroad, moving me.
my current figure is of product designer, who said so is everything and nothing. I have a univ. diploma in industrial dis and in 7 years of experience I approached (also for personal interest and work carried out) to the engineering, using proes and advanced surfaces....I do not hide as a designer so I have nothing to do with car design.
Since in Italy salaries have jumped and lost (at least in my sector) the work->compensation report...in sending my cv and book I feel like asking "yes but what do you want?" in land, spain, germany, Swiss, France. I don't know what to answer... or better I would know in Italy with public health, etc.... but in those countries?

Just so I don't drank and fall off the pan in the grill... seen that I'm already burning here.

Well, as far as the gross or net is concerned, you can ask directly who makes the offer.
It would seem like a better offer than is normally offered in Italy.
if we calculate: 31.500 pound corresponds to about 36.300 euros that divided 13 monthly makes about 2.800 euros per month.
If they are gross, you should understand how much you leave for insurance, pension fund and income tax (and also how much it costs to rent a house).

I had guest here the responsible development of our package "style and classes a".
a level technician (called engineer) earns from 50 to 55 k€/year.

Let us not think that it hurts now as it is now for those who work in industrial design, product design, it is one of the few ways if not the only alternative to living in this work. .
in a country that does not innovate, dealing with manufacturing is an arduous enterprise. .

But I ask myself this question.. from Italian (ahimé) I would like to bring work and contribute to the growth of the country in which I was born..if all of us graduates and not with a little salt in pumpkin (how much enough not to spend the evenings in front of the TV to look at the gf) we go.. what will be of our country?

I don't think there's anything to do with the Italian problem. The Italian problem is that companies (the ones that remain) don't invest in design instead if they can move everything abroad bringing work to other countries. . .
the designers who "if they pull it" those with the stink under the nose.. i.e. the big names, take most jobs especially in certain sectors, but that is so everywhere. .

but from my point of view if to make way in a country it means to try to run in the mud because of one hundred thousand laces, lacciuoli and a retrogada and superficial mindset, bhe, I shake them off and instead of doing the tyrant for a hunger salary, I go away where I can do the job I love with a fair economic recognition.

in Italy I will return to spend the holidays.

I'm cynical but for me a flag (unwinded only during football matches) is not worth the feic.

in fact, and anyway I was referring to the manager, not to the designer, is the manager who decides whether and where to move the company, sometimes manager and designer coincide (in small enterprises) but only there.
instead of going down hard and "baptize" even hard for the good of the country prefer to go out, the alternative is that of the fiat that remains in Italy but wants to do everything without rules (not laces and laces) but simple basic rules.

as I see it is all a question of imbalance between the various markets, while a global market would need global rules as much as possible for everyone, instead what happens, which is produced in emerging countries where the cost of life is still low compared to our and rules on work, environment etc.

are not certain managers who can have a civil conscience
