strange tools in the work page layout

Hello to all gentlemen,
I am new to catia v5 and I have this problem in particular: When I create any worksheet, whether assembly or part design or another thing, on the blue screen of the sheet, 3 transparent greyish icons appear to me on the right that are intended to represent the pan, zoom, and the rotate...I can't remove them, at university I never appeared so I don't understand what could have pressed. I'll get you an image to make you better understand.

try to open a model (just a small one) and use them.
One makes the pan, one zoom and the other wheel.
serve if you do not have a mouse (for example if you use a tablet with the pen).
to disable them as from attached image (tools/otions/devices and virtual reality)
