strucad: guide?

I bought a year ago strucad v.14 (updated now at v.15), someone can tell me whether there are reference guides or, tutorials to be able to use the program independently, without each time going through the "technical" that telephonely explains how to use the commands?
I'll explain why I need a reference guide: It took too long from the moment of my "uncertainty" on the command at the time of the resolution talking to the technician.
I practically spend more time trying to figure out how the command works or where the command is located, send mail, and talk to the technician.
It is a year that I have strucad and still use autocad because I do in less time.

Hi, I've been using it for two years, and now I'm fine with the program. Did you do that? because already from them you begin to understand many things of the program you knew before. I've never used it in jude and tutorail, but I did the course for 3 days. also work at company or technical study? What kind of work you do?
