hello to everyone from the crusher, who by now almost no longer leaves the garage
I am using swx2013
I created a simple welded tubular frame that I will then have to make externally. I practically never use the structural elements so it is probable (at least hope) that I'm losing to a glass of water.
premise:
I am using profile bookcases reported here Useful resources for solidworks users. the folders contained the various profiles are placed in the default path and I see them correctly in the dialog box when selecting the schetch that guide the profiles.
the problem is this:
in the table setting, when I create the cut distinction, I can not have the automatic completion of the column "description" with the profile measurements. the item "description" did not appear among the custom properties of column header and to have it available in the appropriate drop down menu I had to add that item in the custom properties of the feature "savings" at the top of the feature tree within the part.
the strange thing is that if I use the default swx profiles the description column is correctly compiled. So I think I'm jumping a few steps into the definition of property.
thanks to who can give me some tips
m.
