structural elements with holes pattern

Bye to all,
I must realize structural elements (a frame of pillars and beams) consisting of elements that have a constant pitch drilling throughout their length.
my question is: can you configure these structural elements so that you do not have to make hand drilling for each individual element? I attach drilling pattern that I have to make in the 2 external coasts more in the central part.

No. structural elements cannot be fitted with machining.
you can decide if it's worth doing library functions.
in this case you can choose these two solutions:
- create a library function of the holes only
- create a library function containing the structural members but it is not said that they maintain all the manageability of the structural member, or that it is even possible to make them
