Good morning, we are considering whether to buy autocad or settle for dwgeditor, I saw that it is an untreated topic also here and the few comments are not exciting. . .

I didn't want to buy autocad, but eventually I had to bend. dwg editor is really poor, even at the level of reliability. at the theoretical level it is all feasible, but at the practical level it is really difficult and unreliable.

I would say no, there are cases where you reach the software management limit and despite using all the necessary measures, the cad is too slow and it is useful to complete the work in 2d. I rarely happened, but sometimes I did.
