surface does not contain solid connection

Bye to all,
I have a problem not just to solve, hoping that you can do it.
with the "object copy" command I extract the superifices from a solid.
if I have to make some changes to the solid, changing parameters of operations already performed, like a fitting, a hole etc etc., the superifice does not update in autmatic.
once extracted loses the connection with the solid.
Is something wrong or inventor got this gap?

if you need the surface, maybe you don't agree to make a derivative part and load it in surface mode (you get another file)
