Hello, everyone. I am a thesis student and I followed a modeling course during my graduate course using solidworks.
part of my thesis includes surface modeling. Starting from a step ap214 of a piece I imported geometry and through offset surfaces I reconstructed the surfaces that I have to change. to fill a blank space I used the "filled surface" command that provides the selection of edges that surround the patch to be applied. When I run the command I get a surface with a strange curvature (I attach image), which I don't know what it depends on. Could you explain to me about this? Thank you in advance.

can depend on many factors:

Did you try to change these two parameters? Many times we solve it... .1655819246405.webpotherwise you can try another command that is called surface with delimitation.
or draw a 3d design to separate the surface and make it two... and then go first to solve one and then the other......

but without model.... .
