sw tree too open

Hello everyone.. it happens every now and then that opening a file (usually a set), the sw tree on the right opens totally until you fill the whole screen and you can no longer close. Therefore the file is unusable and compromised. Has anyone ever happened? any suggestions to resolve/recover the file?

I use solidworks for 23 and a half years, never happened to me.

hello to me sometimes happens between pcs with 4k monitor and normal. solve by turning the monitor 90grade from video card settings or changing scale factor on win -> change screen settings where 100% is written.
in this way you can take the handle and resize

He only does it with one.. it is a few months that we installed the new sw and it happened to me 2 times.
I opened this together a few hours earlier and all right, then when I reopened it was useless. the same together, if my colleague opens it, he sees it with the tree in normal position and, even if he saves it, I always see it with the tree open to the maximum (it seems open to the infinite. . ). .

honestly we didn't compare the settings.. However, if a few hours earlier it was okay (and the settings meanwhile I didn't touch them) can it be the fault of that?
