hello to all, I find myself evaluating the opportunity to realize a tail of swallow in which the female is in alumnius, the cast iron male and the brass compsation lard (as from attached image).
I currently made it with a female coupling aluminum and male in steel, but I would like to improve the flow.
Among other things, I am not rusted to find "reliable" values of friction between cast iron and aluminum and this concerns me regarding the problem of wear of aluminum or the possible chemical incompatibility of the two materials.
