as suggested by hunter, I open a new discussion to insert some practical examples of use of functions.
I want to make some equivocal premises:
1) personally I am a simple nx user I would never allow me to speak on behalf of the manufacturer of nx, nor, at least to illustrate the qualities and defects of a product; I only illustrate how I use it in my work.
2) the purpose of this interesting discussion must also be to illustrate a 'creative' use of the various functions, so that this is aid to all designers.
said this, in the example below shows how a cutting surface is created with the command through curves to make a handle.
I also use the command to create surfaces to 'shape' certain walls.
