try to rename the solidworks logs with the same closed.

actually could be such a problem. you can also export the entire solidworks folder to hkeycurrentuser-> software and then stationary. If the problem disappears it means that there is something in the logs, if it stays you can restore the settings from the exported file.

so if I realized by doing the "try" to delete (doing a security copy) of this folder you can see if there is something that breaks the boxes to the program.. .nei registri di sistema->hkey_current_user->software->solidworks
but by deleting this folder what happens? Do you delete program settings or what?

you can also just rename the solidworks folder (hkey_current_user->software->solidworks), and start swx and see how it behaves. exactly starts as the first time after the installation, then asks you to accept agreement, message received etc...so you agree if you have keys and mouse gestures export you first configuration via "guided settings for copying" so that you can reload them once you delete the reg key.( hkey_current_user->software-solid>works).
