that is not the bread task, but the featur manager. the bread task is what you open with ctrl+1 and that appears on the right of the screen.
that f in theory should mean fixed, but it is strange that it appears in the couplings. not having 2017 (news introduced in this version?) I cannot give you an absolute answer, but I try to hypothesize that it means that the components to which that coupling refers are totally blocked, or that ua dfelle two parts to which the coupling refers has the fixed state (find the f next to the name of the part)
