I'm a new user and I'm working on a project I can't get through a phase:
I should find a manual system (not hydraulic, pneumatic, etc.) that allows me to lift a body of 2/3 mm, all in a plastic plate is 250 x 70 mm thick maximum 3 mm, the lifting area is about 65 x 30 mm that obviously will be circumcised to make it stand parallel and must hold a weight of 60/70 kg (the possible adjustment of the lifting is without weight)
