from the site http://www.tsplines.com It is possible, in addition to the test version of the plug-in, to download the complete manual but only in the English version, there are no localized versions.

there are also video tutorials, simple enough to follow

thank you for the answer ... I also fear that there is not, since I am looking long and wide but no trace of this blessed/maled manual in Italian, only the one in English ... possible that there is no translation?? What stress... the films I've seen are really excellent, that's why I started the jug to learn tsplines, it seems a very natural way of modeling!! I continue researching for a while, but I think there is little to do ...
