to export a excel table from annotation distinct there is the command

launch from command line (load "table_export_dia"), in the tool menu will be added the item "export table", the bom table of annotation is called "am-bom-data-ltab", exporting it to .csv it is possible to load in excel the tabulate file. see the image attached. I hope I've been clear.
