table "flattened"

Good morning to all,
for the first time an anomaly happens on solidworks 2016, and I can't solve it: after having modeled a part in sheet metal start putting into the table. when I try to introduce the "flattened view", in its place there is another.

Has anyone happened yet? How does it work?

having 2014 I can open the file only with edrawing so I have no way to see the flattened view since in the design is not present.
About the design if you're not the owner of the studio I'd be in you I would delete the paper and all sensitive information
