table reviews not usable

time ago I created a custom revision table.
Now, after installing the vault, I can't put it in the tables anymore.
I do not see it to be selected, despite being present in the style editor.

also from the inside of the editor select it but I can neither save it in the library nor save it in the drawing.

Any ideas?

point of situation:
I set the rule for the design, within this I activated the custom table as default.
if I click revision table inserts me that iso.

Why?
