table with quotas and tolerances

I should create a table, valid for several components, in which to insert some quotas with relative tolerance.
with the "general table" formatting is blocked, a single text size and it is impossible to insert a tolerance.

This is how it comesI would like to put a tolerance alongside those quotas, but I think nothing else but insert a text. However, if I move the table are pains, we must move all tolerances individually.

other tools to get something like that?

I gave us a quick eye, but I think I realized it's not what I need.
I have a view with the quotas "changed" in letters, for each letter in the table I insert a different quota corresponding to a different particular. The app, I think, finds all the quotas tolerated at the table and gathers them in a table.

you can do the table in excel and then with the general table command you already use, select the .xls file
