Well, instead of drawing (and laboriously compiling) a table from scratch, you could paste it from excel: search in progecad if there is the menu item edit -> paste special.

between my things I have recovered this (remembrances of old autocads).

I adapted it so that it can work on nationalized versions, but I'm sure it only works on autocad (not having progecad to test it).
simply draw the glycol, placing at the center of each box a text that you will need to edit later.

Lisp is a programming language
a list lisp (the one I gave you to understand) is a real program, that runs in autocad (or in your progecad).
interacts, gets information, deletes, draws, in short does everything that the mother program allows him to do. That's why you seem to have an extra command.
simply use existing commands (and other own) to add custom cut functionality
