Good evening to all
for a project I have to use a 1liter square can and between the commercials find enough, the problem is the cap. besides having to hold, I would need some robustness (at least 3/4mm on the bottom) because I have to apply a tube. those found (type lamaplast) have suits of very fine caps. someone more practical in the industry knows where to find a tanica/bottle as described, or if it is worth ordering caps separately

and make it of stainless steel or s275 by pipe with welded sheet caps at the ends and 1 inch gas thread or similar?

mmh, apart from going out of budget I think, but it serves as handy as it is a light plastic bottle, because it will be for civil use

Can't you put on the bottom of the existing cap, a 4mm silicone melt?

or a bottle from the trade, see links
ps:
if you explain why of the square shape.. Maybe there are other ideas
the square shape is for aesthetic preference and encumbrance. the solution to put a thickness under the cap I considered it as the last beach.. It seems absurd not to be able to find a bottle/tanic from liter with a decent cap. of course 10€ bottles are totally out of budget

full bottle and drunk cap.... I think you're looking too much.
I sincerely if I did it as an aluminum tube with welded thighs I would not go to spend so much, especially if I have an internal workshop and a qualified welder. I think you can get 5/6€. also to make one...two...five copies. If you have to do them on the show, you could do a gear and go. do not want to weld..... do the plugs and threaded pipes specially. you can use the iso tire cylinder profiles and make custom headers. Just get in touch with some small company that produces cylinders like cypag and you'll surely find yourself to agree to have raw components to finish and shirt tubes.
I see too much an artisanal patch. especially because you didn't tell us what it takes.
