"technical" revit 2011 x64 Italian

In practice, when I open revit 2011, the message appears to me in img1 first strange thing, then if I try to create a local model for extrusion, the modeling box and the keys to create lines, curves, circles etc. there are, but... no icons appear as you can see in the img2!! and what worries me is that I haven't tested everything yet.. for informational reasons, I must say that I had previously installed revit 2011 x64 in English but I provided to uninstall it including registry keys with ccleaner and to delete the folders in crograms and crogrammed. However, I must say that despite this at the first start, I did not ask for the directorship but kept the previous one.. If anyone could enlighten me, I would be very grateful!

update: I am using it right now and the same problem also arises with the drawing of the stairs and also missing keys also cancels and restores up close to the revit icon

... should be the version in English, previously installed that creates problems.. .
if I do not err, on the autodesk site there is the procedure to delete and reinstall. . .
