technical standards applicable to machines

Hello everyone,
I press that I am quite neophyte on the subject.
I would like to ask you how to do a research of harmonized technical standards applicable to a certain type of machine, in a fairly fast way.
I make an example: Let us assume that I must design a ground-moving machine, how do I know what are all the rules applicable to satisfy the presumption of conformity to the machine directive? for example surely a norm to be applied in design will be the uni en iso 12100:2010. but to make sure that you have all the rules under your eyes, then bring them back in the manual use and maintenance, how can you do it? Do I need to do a search on the catalog of the unit? It takes me one day. How are you doing? Are there already lists of rules applicable to a determined type of machine?

You should take the list of harmonized standards and look for them.
from here: http://ec.europa.eu/enterprise/sectors/mechanical/machinery/or on the site of the unit you can search by type, technical section, etc.
12100:2010 is not technical norm that from the presumption of conformity. you have to use the c-type rules for these aspects.

That is why the res do not call the rules. the list of harmonized standards within the meaning of the applicable product directive (machine directive in particular).
If you follow a standard of type product you have the presumption of compliance with the directive (see Annexes za/zb).
ue publishes standards generally every 6 months so it is up to you to check the updates.
How do I do that?
I follow the list of rules and, if necessary, I will also see unharmonised rules if there are no rules of type c.
