in my previous work experience (approximately 6 years), I worked in a company that only accumulated boilers, heat exchangers with tube beam in the first place.
the term "heat exchangers" has always been translated inside as "heat exchanger" and the need to specify (it was already implicit in the type of pipe beam).
if it needed the clarification I would see better "tube bundle heatr".
